“Whoever gains a wise heart loves his own soul,
and whoever preserves understanding
experiences true goodness.”

– Proverbs 19:8 [VOICE]

A Time to Think… “Give something, however small, to the one in need. For it is not small to one who has nothing. Neither is it small to God, if we have given what we could.” ―St. Gregory Nazianzen, 4th-century Archbishop of Constantinople, theologian and staunch advocate of the doctrine of the Holy Trinity

A Time to Act… When you arise today, think about this: what are you willing to give throughout this day? You will always encounter those with need, be ready to help, to share, and find that perhaps a need you are seeking will be filled by those you have helped.

A Time to Pray… O Lord, help me to be ready when you call. Remind me of the showers of blessings I have each and every day that are not only for me, but for those in need. May I be a giver with cheerfulness and the voice of caring in your name, AMEN.
