“I love you, Lord; you are my strength.
The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my savior;
my God is my rock, in whom I find protection.
He is my shield, the power that saves me,
and my place of safety.”

-Psalm 18:1-3 [NLT]

A Time to Think… “My worth is what I am worth to God; and that is a marvelous great deal.” ―William Temple, English Anglican Archbishop. Best known for his work with social justice (1881-1941)

A Time to Act… Way too often we hang our heads thinking we are not worthy, we can’t get stuff right, we are failures. But that’s so wrong! God calls us worthy because we are God’s children. So, form a picture in your mind of health, prosperity and the abundance of God’s grace, mercy and forgiveness that never leaves your side.

A Time to Pray… O God, I have those days where I feel I am a ‘nothing’ yet you tell me I am worthy to you and you love me still, no matter what. Help me to grasp such love, to depend on such strength and protection. Only in your can I know your shield about me, and the paths I walk are places of safety. AMEN.
