A Time to Act… When you arise today, say nothing out loud; instead listen deeply to your surroundings. Take in every noise around you and you will find the voice of God filling your heart with his goodness for you are his beloved child and no judgment can touch you.

A Time to Pray… Dear Jesus, my Savior the Christ, take all judgement from my words and my mind, that I may see through your eyes for those I encounter on my day. I cannot see their heart, but through my heart of kindness I can share your love and grace. Fill me anew on this new day you have given me! AMEN.
