Every day things come up in our lives where we are tempted to fear. Instead of getting all wound up, choose the faith God has given you instead. The strength, power and wisdom are in that faith so why not use it?

A Time to Pray…
O loving God, I am often like the young Timothy of the Bible, not fighting the ‘good fight of the faith’ but cowering somewhere hoping my problems will dissolve away. You have called me to this faith, I have professed that faith and I ask you, Holy Spirit, to breathe your power into my heart, mind and soul so I may be brave, and stand firm in my faith always.
