“My soul is weary with sorrow;
strengthen me according to your word.”
– Psalm 119:28 [NIV]

A Time to Think… “Talk what we will of faith, if we do not trust and rely upon Him, we do not believe in Him.” ―Antony Faringdon (1598-1658) Preacher and scholar of Trinity College, Oxford

A Time to Act… As we walk this Holy Week may we be reminded of the sorrow Jesus took upon himself for us. He was weary, tired, beaten, mocked, tempted, and finally crucified. He could have gone another way but he took all this so we could be with him in eternity. If your soul is weary, join with Jesus this week as he walks to Golgotha. It is in the walk you will find his strength.

A Time to Pray… O Lord, those days leading you to the cross were hard, violent even, and yet for us you paid the price of our sins. Help me to reflect on that great love that only you could provide. On this Holy Week, turn my heart toward Calvary with you and may every step remind me to repent and then sing with joy that you have saved me! AMEN.
