A Time to Act…
Take a moment today to pray for someone who has hurt you. When you do this, you not only set yourself free from your anger but you relieve the one who has hurt as well. If we cannot forgive, we will continue to be that ‘prisoner’.

A Time to Pray…
O Lord, help me to forgive as you so freely forgive me. Show me the joy and peace that comes from letting go and trusting you to heal my heart. Give me strength to reach out to those who need to be forgiven so they can be set free. AMEN.
