“The Lord is my strength and my song;
    he has given me victory.”
-Psalm 118:14 [NLT]

A Time to Think… “God enters by a private door into each individual.”  ―Ralph Waldo Emerson, Philosopher and Poet

A Time to Act… When was the last time you “opened the door” and invited God into your day? Make this part of your morning routine, saying “God welcome to my day, I cannot wait to see what you have for me on this new day.” And then be ready for God to cultivate the conviction that you are not alone, that God is with you always even if may have shut the door!

A Time to Pray… O Lord, You have redeemed me and claimed me and given me a strength that is not my own. Stop me when I try to do it alone. Put a hunger in my heart for all of you and what you have in store for me each day. Let my heart sing out in praise as I awake and rest my head looking for a new day to go, once again, with you into the adventure of living out my faith. I love you so much, and thank you for the gift of my life and your presence in it, AMEN.
