“In the same way the Spirit also helps us in our weakness,
because we do not know what to pray for as we should,
but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with inexpressible groanings.”
-Romans 8:26 (CSB)

A Time to Think… “Whenever we’re not sure how to pray, we can lean into the silence and let the Spirit do Her healing work inside us.” ―Denise Hughes, writer for Proverbs 31 Ministries

A Time to Act… Sometimes the quiet of the morning is one of the most powerful times to start our day! Prayer, deep thinking, and just sitting quietly in God’s presence gives us an alignment of our thoughts, urges our prayer life, and sets our day with anticipation and joy.

A Time to Pray… O Holy Spirit, I confess prayer is not always my first priority and can often be very lacking in my life. Lead me into prayer, show me how to pray, and when I cannot, continue to intercede for me with words of healing and peace. Renew me today and every day, I pray, AMEN.
