A Time to Act… Set aside five quiet minutes each day when you wake up. Put your phone away, no music and distractions. Instead, read a few verses of Scripture, then simply sit in silence, asking God to help you hear what the Scripture God wants to say. 

A Time to Pray… O Good Shepherd, quiet the noise around me and within me so I can hear your gentle voice. Give me ears to listen and a heart ready to follow wherever you lead. I put my life in your hands knowing that you are always good, AMEN.
