A Time to Act…
Helen Keller had her Braille Bible on her night stand so each morning she could feel I, open it and place her fingertips on the raised dots that would take her to the Psalms. She said: “I am also energized through the power and presence of God’s Word in the Psalms.” Perhaps in this New Year we should follow her morning exercise and find wisdom for our day – why not?!

A Time to Pray…
O Lord, as we turn the page to a New Year in 2024, we pray that our faith stays strong so we can be the light to our shattered world. So many live in darkness, help us to share and be willing to tell them about Jesus, our Savior who loves them no matter who they are. It is the gift of Christmas that keeps right on going into the New Year and forever more. AMEN.
