Do this the moment you wake up and you will find your day a complete change. Why? Well, a nourished soul nourishes the body, mind and heart! 

A Time to Pray…
O Lord, open my eyes and my heart to see Your beauty in the beautiful things You have created for me. My heart, soul, and mind can get so dry and cracked in daily living. Your incredible creation all around me will fill me with the joy I need, and the beauty that can cast out the ugly I often encounter. I love you, Lord, and I praise you for your goodness, AMEN.
