Today, take a moment to look for opportunities to lighten someone’s load—whether it’s through practical help, kind words, or simply listening. As you help and as you listen, you will find yourself enjoying doing so and it makes a difference for the person you are helping, and it will also help you!

A Time to Pray…
O Lord, teach me to notice the needs of others and to respond with an open and willing heart. I want to help but sometimes I’m not sure what to do so speak to me, Holy Spirit, and guide me as I try to help others so I can make a difference in this crazy world. AMEN.
