O Lord, in this hectic world where 24/7 just keeps on going, help me to settle down, to breathe in and out so I can experience the peace you have for me that shuts out the clamor. I thank You for being my refuge and my peace and how you calm my mind, settle my heart, and shield me with Your love. I am forever grateful, AMEN.
